Sally Gorton

I studied illustration at Epsom School of Art. I work in a variety of media, including watercolour, pastel, acrylic and oils.

After teaching in Adult Education for around fifteen years, I taught privately for several decades. I have also given illustrated talks to groups and societies.

My commissions over the years have varied. Subjects have included buildings, gardens, people, animals and classic cars.

I exhibit regularly with Guildford Art Society at Guildford House, where I have been artist in residence on several occasions, and with AppArt.

My work has also been seen at many other Surrey venues including Cranleigh Arts Centre, Watts Gallery at Compton and The Harvey Gallery in Guildford.
